Deposits are non-refundable and not transferable once paid, including if a client cancels, pauses, or delays a project before launch, except where required by law or expressly stated in the written agreement. Monthly Care may be canceled by written notice received before the next billing date. Annual prepaid Care is non-cancelable and non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly stated in the written agreement.
